- Accessible surfaces with settled dust
- Floor types and newly installed finishes
- Labels, films or residue that require review before removal
Share the contractor’s handoff details.
Tell us whether tradespeople are finished, materials and tools have been removed, and power and water are available. Include finish-care instructions for new flooring, countertops and fixtures. A new surface is not automatically ready for every cleaning product or method.
Flag anything that needs a separate specialist.
Do not treat ordinary cleaning as debris hauling, damage repair or hazardous-material remediation. Unknown powders, suspected hazardous substances, significant mold or unsafe access require assessment by the appropriate qualified provider. Do not move or disturb materials just to prepare for a quote.
